Ci sono tasse o pagamenti extra?

Per cambi di biancheria extra verrà addebitato un costo di 10 € a cambio. Per pulizie extra, su richiesta, verrà addebitato un costo di 20 € a richiesta. Tassa di Soggiorno: costo di 1,50 € a persona.

Si accettano pagamenti con carta di credito e bancomat?

Per confermare la prenotazione è necessario inviare un bonifico bancario su c.c. Al vostro arrivo potrete saldare il pagamento in contanti, carta di debito o carta di credito.

È possibile affittare l'intera struttura e qual è il costo?

Maso Rocca è a disposizione per eventi privati e vacanze di gruppo. Richiedi un preventivo personalizzato sul numero di ospiti e il periodo dell’anno in cui desiderate soggiornare nell’agriturismo.

È possibile cancellare la prenotazione?

La prenotazione può essere disdetta senza addebito fino a 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo previsto. In caso di disdetta entro 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo, verrà addebitato l’importo della prima notte. per disdette entro 7 giorni dalla data d’arrivo, verrà richiesto il pagamento del 50% del soggiorno OPPURE trattenuta la caparra.

È possibile prenotare direttamente dal sito?

Inviando una email al nostro indirizzo info@agriturismomasorocca.it o accedendo alla sezione prenota , specificando un indirizzo email e/o numero di telefono, il numero di ospiti e il periodo di soggiorno, sarete ricontattati al più presto per confermarvi la disponibilità e completare la procedura di prenotazione.

Payments

Are there any extra charges?

For every additional linen change: 10 € per change. For extra cleaning: 20 €. Tourst tax: 1,50 € per person, per day (nt for kids under 14)

Is it possible to pay with credit card or cash card?

To confirm your booking we kindly require you to send us, per bank transfer, a deposit of the 30% of the total amount. At your arrival you can pay the remaining ammount with cash, credit or debit card.

Is it possible to rent the entire house?

Maso Rocca is at your disposal for private events and group holidays. Contct us for a customized offer.

Bookings

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation, with no charges, within 30 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation within 14 days before your arrival, you will be charged with the amount of the first night. For cancellation within 7 days from your arrival, you wll be charged for the half of the payed deposit.

Is it possible to book directly from the website?

Write an email to our e-mail adress info@agriturismomasorocca.it or go to the booking, enter all the required information (e-mail adress, phone number, number of guests and period you are interested in) and we will contact you as soon as possible with availability and price.
